Chemistry department R & D lab is established with modern equipment to carry out research work in the area material science. The department has received a grant of Rs. 30 lakhs from Vision Group on Science and Technology (VGST), govt. of Karnataka under CISEE scheme, Dr.K.G.manjunatha, Professor & head is the Principal Investigator and Dr. H.M. Parveez Ahmed, Professor is the co-investigator.
